We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineering Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in developing cutting-edge healthcare technology. As an intern at Cavell, you’ll contribute to the development of our AI Co-Pilot and other innovative tools. You’ll work closely with our core team, including our co-founder and CTO, on real-world projects that have a direct impact.

• Contribute to Development: Assist in building and shipping new features, both front-end and back-end.

• Support Integrations: Work on developing integrations with third-party software vendors.

• Learn from the Best: Collaborate with experienced developers to gain insights into best practices, tools, and workflows.

• Own Small Projects: Take responsibility for delivering smaller, independent features or improvements.

• Basic Proficiency in React and Python: Experience with JavaScript/React and Python is a strong plus.

   A practical coding assignment, designed to be completed in less than 3 hours for successful applicants, to evaluate your proficiency in our stack and problem-solving skills.

4. Final Interview

   A deep-dive session to review your technical challenge, discuss your approach, and evaluate your alignment with our values of ownership and adaptability.

5. Offer

   If we’re aligned, you’ll receive a competitive offer within 2 weeks of starting the process.
