We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in the development of our AI Co-Pilot, a cutting-edge solution for automated medical note generation. Your primary focus will be shipping and maintaining new features, including seamless integrations with third-party software vendors.

• Develop and Ship New Features: Build, ship, and maintain new features for our AI Co-Pilot, ensuring functionality aligns with user needs.

• Own End-to-End Development: Take full ownership of your work — from writing code to deploying and monitoring in production.

• Integrate Third-Party Systems: Develop robust integrations with third-party software vendors to enhance the capabilities of our platform.

• Collaborate Closely with Leadership: Work directly with our co-founder and CTO to deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Innovate and Adapt: Tackle problems you’ve never faced before, adapt to new technologies, and find practical solutions to challenging issues.

• Proficiency in Core Technologies: Strong skills in JavaScript/React, Python, and experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Proven Ability to Deliver: Demonstrated experience building and shipping production-ready software end-to-end.

• Language Requirements: Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.

• Flexibility and Ownership: A proactive mindset and the ability to take complete ownership of your work, from development to deployment.

   A practical coding assignment, designed to be completed in less than 3 hours for successful applicants, to evaluate your proficiency in our stack (React, Python, AWS) and problem-solving skills.

4. Final Interview
   A deep-dive session to review your technical challenge, discuss your approach, and evaluate your alignment with our values of ownership and adaptability.

5. Reference Calls
   Brief calls with previous managers or colleagues to understand your work style, strengths, and collaboration skills.

6. Offer
   If we’re aligned, you’ll receive a competitive offer within 2 weeks of starting the process.
