We’re seeking a Frontend Developer who is passionate about building exceptional user interfaces and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in the development of our AI Co-Pilot, creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences that seamlessly integrate into healthcare workflows.

This isn’t just about writing code — you’ll own your work end-to-end. From designing dynamic UIs to deploying scalable solutions, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative front-end experiences.

• Develop and Refine Interfaces: Design, develop, and optimize web-based interfaces for our AI Co-Pilot, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Collaborate with Back-End Developers: Work closely with the back-end team to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.

• Own Frontend Delivery: Take full ownership of your codebase, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research and implement the latest front-end technologies to continually improve the platform.

• Collaborate with Leadership: Work directly with our co-founder and CTO to align development with business goals.

• Proficiency in React and JavaScript: Expertise in building scalable, responsive front-end applications.

• Eye for Design: Experience creating intuitive user interfaces with a strong understanding of UX principles.

• Language Requirements: Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.

• End-to-End Ownership: A proactive mindset with the ability to take complete ownership of your projects.

• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with AI applications or healthcare is a plus.

   A practical coding assignment, designed to be completed in less than 3 hours for successful applicants, to evaluate your proficiency in our stack and problem-solving skills.

4. Final Interview

   A deep-dive session to review your technical challenge, discuss your approach, and evaluate your alignment with our values of ownership and adaptability.

5. Reference Calls

   Brief calls with previous managers or colleagues to understand your work style, strengths, and collaboration skills.

6. Offer

   If we’re aligned, you’ll receive a competitive offer within 2 weeks of starting the process.
