We’re seeking a Backend Developer to take ownership of the architecture and functionality behind our AI Co-Pilot. Your primary focus will be designing and developing robust back-end systems, including integrations with third-party software vendors, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

This isn’t just a coding role — you’ll own your work end-to-end. From designing scalable APIs to deploying and maintaining services, you’ll have the opportunity to solve challenging problems and directly impact our mission.

• Build and Deploy Robust Systems: Design, develop and deploy back-end infrastructure to support the AI Co-Pilot’s functionality.

• Integrate APIs: Develop seamless integrations with third-party software vendors and platforms.

• Ensure Performance and Scalability: Optimize systems for high performance and reliability under real-world conditions.

• Collaborate with Frontend Developers: Provide scalable, secure endpoints for seamless front-end integration.

• Innovate and Optimize: Continuously improve the back-end architecture, incorporating best practices and the latest technologies.

• Proficiency in Python: Expertise in building and maintaining scalable back-end systems.

• Experience with AWS: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

• Language Requirements: Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.

• End-to-End Ownership: A proactive mindset with the ability to take complete ownership of your projects.

• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with AI engineering or healthcare systems is a plus.

4. Final Interview

   A deep-dive session to review your technical challenge, discuss your approach, and evaluate your alignment with our values of ownership and adaptability.

5. Reference Calls

   Brief calls with previous managers or colleagues to understand your work style, strengths, and collaboration skills.

6. Offer
